- Gute, zentrale, relativ ruhige Lage - freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - schöne Terasse mit toller Aussicht - Bett gemütlich - Zimmerservice gut

- Zimmer wirklich sehr klein (unserer Meinung nach kleiner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen) - kein Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern - keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern - sehr alte Möbel - Zimmerfenster wirklich sehr schwer auf-/ und zuzubekommen - Auf den vorhandenen Terrassen des Hotels ist das Rauchen verboten - es gibt ein kleines Kiosk im Hotel, was nur bis mittags aufhat, abends bekommt man im Hotel nicht mal mehr Wasser! Außerdem dafür, dass es das Hotelkiosk ist, ist sogar hier alles überteuert (haben für eine 0,5-Sprudelwasserflasche 5€ bezahlt. - wir haben für 1 Woche Aufenthalt ca. 2000€ für 2 Personen für ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad bezahlt, der Preis ist für NYC i.O. aber für die Verhältnisse meiner Meinung nach nicht zufriedenstellend

Práctico y la mejor ubicación. Cerca de todo y alejado del ruido.

La ubicaciones es excelente. Y las habitaciones son super prácticas.

Comfortable but very expensive.

There was a New York view from the 12th floor window. Comfortable, clean room with adequate storage space and a desk for one person. Friendly, considerate housekeeping staff. Good value Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby.

The cafe downstairs is too small. One customer service person worked so slowly that there was always a slow morning queue when she was on duty. She did a good job but she wasn't used to working quickly/multi-tasking when people needed to get their breakfast and move! Staff behind the main reception counter not effectively communicating important customer messages between shifts.

Gostei apenas da localização.

Gostei apenas da localização pois o quarto não era o mesmo da foto e isso foi decepcionante logo ao entrar, o banheiro privativo não tem porta. Era possível ouvir barulho externo e muitas pessoas passando.

Super convenient and fun place to stay.

The location was incredible, so easy to walk to Rockefeller Center / Times Square, or to the train a couple blocks away to get anywhere else in the city. Rooms as described, very clean and they try to maximize storage. All guests and staff were super friendly. The cafe is a nice touch for breakfast food and coffee. Also fun bar downstairs that’s a convenient option to start or end your night in NYC. Wish we had tried the bottomless brunch - what a deal!

The space is quite small. Of course, you should expect this for a pod hotel, but the pictures did make the Double room look a liiiitle bigger. And it would be great if there were two curtains/doors for the shower and bathroom, rather than a door that you had to slide between each. Regardless, it had all we needed and was great value for money.

dopo le nozze ritorno dopo anni con mio figlio splendido

ottima la posizione al centro di manhattan quasi adiacente alla cattedrale di San Patrizio a due passi dal Time Square e dalle principali attrazioni. Letto ottimo ubicato in una stanza piccola, ottima la scelta della colazione all'interno ma pochissima l'offerta per noi Italiani.

la stanza piccola, il bagno senza una privacy, ma soprattutto rientrando a qualsiasi ora, trovare nei corridoi le persone senza abbigliamento con i teli addosso in attesa per entrare nei servizi esterni. Sembrava una casa di appuntamento.

Günstig in guter Lage - mit deutlichen Abstrichen

Sauberkeit der Zimmer Roomservice Komfortable Betten Tolle Lage in Manhattan unweit Subway und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

Spärliche Ausstattung, auch wenn damit geworben wird, nur das Nötigste im Zimmer zu haben - zum Beispiel fehlte eine Klobürste! Dusche ist immer sichtbar, kein Sichtschutz ins Zimmer vorhanden. Waschbecken aus Metall mutete an wie in einer Gefängniszelle und war sehr klein. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, man konnte durch die geschlossene Türe unseres Zimmers am Ende des Flures das Ankunftssignal des Aufzugs hören

The best quality-price option in mid Manhattan

The hotel is extremely well located and it's price compared to other hotels in the same zone is much more accesible. I liked a lot the idea of having a washbasin in the room. I think that really helps to unclutter the shared bathrooms. Also, I must admit despite the bathrooms being shared, they were clean at any time I used them. Finally, didn't get to use the terrace that much, but that view is unique!

Rooms seem to be quite sensitive to external noises, which might be a bit annoying at night when trying to sleep. Luckily I had my ear plugs so that was not a problem.

Perfekte Lage, sauber und guter Standard.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um in alle Richtungen zu gelangen. Das Zimmer wurde bis auf eine Ausnahme immer gut hergerichtet. Es war ziemlich ruhig. Fenster dämmen gut.

Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich und auch nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Ihr Zahlterminal hatte Probleme mit meiner Karte (konnte in der ganzen Stadt damit bezahlen) und sie stellten sich sehr kompliziert an. Beim Lift standen immer zwei komische Typen rum, evtl. Angestellte vom Hotel.

Very good - as advertised

I had a room with a full-sized bed and a bathroom. It was exactly as advertised. As noted on the site, the room is small, with about 2 feet between the bed and the wall. There isn't much space for a suitcase. It was fine for me but might be tight for 2 people. With the exception of 2 online meetings (excellent wifi), I was only in the room for sleeping. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. I asked for a room away from the elevators and busy areas of the floor. The window faced a small dark interior courtyard so it was quiet. I slept so well. It was an ideal location. The staff were helpful and always respectful.

There was a bit of a chemical smell in the room - like caulking. I spoke to the front desk staff and they offered to switch my room in the morning. It wasn't possible due to work obligations but I appreciated their willingness to find a solution.

Good for a few nights stay.

The rooftop was very pretty. The location was close to plenty of restaurants and nice shops.

Our bathroom door didn’t slide shut all the way. The walls were very thin and the AC unit barely worked

Worth it for the location

The location is excellent and makes the overall stay worth it . The rooftop is a nice touch but a bar would be great up there . The wifi is good and lobby is nice . Really nice restaurants and bars near by and very easily accessible via walking/metro .

There was very evident black mould and dampness in our room , I've included pictures. The air conditioning is unbelievably loud it is like sleeping in a room with a car engine .

Lovely hotel, good value for money and great location

The roof top is amazing! Such nice peaceful vibes with great views of the city, the cafe downstairs is also great and you can get ice from there at any time of the day to chill your drinks

Great position, super terrace, but...

We liked the position, the terrace on the roof, the breakfast, the table-football, the pub connected to the hotel and the kindness of the staff. Close to the metro and only at 20 minutes walk from several attractions

The rooms were smaller and older than how they appear in the pictures. When we arrived, the room was smelly, but it improved after a few hours. Our room was quite noisy,, the air conditioned was effective, but also very noisy

The room was fair but not amazing. The bed sheets felt low quality. It was enough for an overnight stay but no more.

are they for real? it is a jail cell, the bed doesn’t fit a human person, bathroom is in the hallway and dirty. one little pillow? nah. how can they charge $230??!?!!!
