Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Amanda was excellent
The only complaint i have is the slight musty smell to the room

It was a good location, easy to get to. The breakfast was nice, and so were the staff.

Convenient for a concert at the Amphitheatre
For the cost of the hotel, almost £400 for one night, I would have expected more. The room was basic and poorly decorated,, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and the air con didn’t work properly
