Nice place to rest our heads as we traveled to Florida.

The staff member checking us in was wonderful. The breakfast staff as well. The bed was also very comfortable.

We were assigned a handicap room which made the bathroom a wet mess after a shower. Also the bathroom needed a good cleaning with bleach.

Disappointed

Breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken We were given the option of floor 2 or 3 but were not given the option of cancellation. I’m 67 with a bad back and stairs are very difficult. Plus, I had my 2 yr old granddaughter with me. I try to always stay at HIE because I have pleased with your cleanliness and comfort. However, this time was tough.

Bed was comfortable once you could get into it

Bed was way to high/tall could barely get up into it. Elevator was broken and they put us on the 3rd floor. Can't believe all the 1st & 2nd floor rooms were already booked but that sucked

Great hotel

Was in town for a concert and was pleasantly surprised on how close it was to the amphitheatre! Was able to walk down a little path behind the hotel without having to walk down the road by traffic. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is stocked up with Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body soap/hand soap/lotion). The outdoor area has two big grills, tables, fire pit, and two giant connect 4 games for kids. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming.

Pool was a little cloudy. Not sure if they just put chemicals in it or if it was due for a cleaning. Bed was a little lumpy.

I will not be back the price was not equivalent to the hotels standards and was not pleased with no upkeep if of the hot

Kim the receptionist, she was awesome from the time we checked in, to the time we left, when telling her that I did not want a room on the 1st floor to the coldness of the pool, she went straight to fix everything, she had a room available on the 3rd floor and went out to fix the temperature on the pool, the elevator also was not working as we left and we had to go down the stairs just to leave, no housekeeping, no vacuuming the rug in room was dirty, this was the worse stay ever, not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth the price..

Dirty rug inside room and hallway, the pool was filthy and cold and there is no heat inside or outside of the pool, elevator was not working

very nice staff and great breakfast.

mold in bathroom on wall from water getting into drywall. Very loud floors, we were on the top floor and could hear everyone walking around.

We loved our stay and will book there again.

Breakfast choices were wonderful. Hot and fresh foods available. Connecting room for my family was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom needed a bit of extra attention. The toilet had a flushing issue, exhaust fan was loud and the floors needed a bit more cleaning at the wall connection, dusty mostly. Connecting doors were a bit tough to open.

quick trip to state cx meet.

I loved the beds, the beauty of the property, the front desk was amazing, and breakfast was great.

the floor felt like it had a soft spot, the drawer wouldn’t stay in and that’s about jt.
