We had a dog with us and the area to walk around was very nice cvompated to most places. Love that Denny's is right across the street. Facility was a little outdated, otherwise would have been an excellent. Did not use anything at the hotel except breakfast, and altho limited, food was good.
Assuming the hotel is also a long term stay facility as several people seemed to live there.

Breakfast was good. Better than the usual hotel breakfast. Comfy beds.
I've stayed at this location before and the general appearance is having a "tired" look and both halls and guest rooms are in need of refurbishing.

The bathroom needs a lot of work. The shower leaks and looks like it has for a while. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotting away from being wet all the time. The shower wall is cracked and water can leak through it. I am worried that you will have black mold if it isn't fixed.
