Nestled in Toulon, this charming house for $247 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. New, opening on the 19Th April of 2014. Nice 3-room house with garden and swimming pool. Awarded 4* by the local tourist office. Located in Toulon heights, peaceful, unobstructed view and surrounded by sheer rocks, near the typical village of Revest les Eaux and its lake. Located on a 2,700-m² landscaped property, this renovated house with brand new furnishings and all the comforts can accommodate four people. Swimming pool: reserved for you from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 2:30 to 6 p.m. (flexible). It features an equipped kitchen, a living room that opens onto the terrace and private garden, and extremely good bedding. Bedroom 1 has two 90 x 200-cm bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has a 160 x 200-cm bed with a TV area opening onto a large balcony. A shower and toilet are available. Many hikes are possible on the GR51 and GR99. 20-30 minutes away from the beaches are Toulon, La Seyne-sur-Mer Six-Four, Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol. Please contact me for more information. The cottage is beautiful and very clean. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend it.
The location on the mountain, the view, the garden... we had two great weeks. Even when it's hot, you can find shady places to eat and relax in the garden and on the terrace.
The pool is cleaned daily and is just wonderful. We enjoyed ist a lot!
There is a very good bakery not far away as well as a supermarket. We also liked Toulon very much.
The landlords are very nice and discreet. We received fresh basil and mint from the garden. As a welcome there was bread, wine, jam.

Incredible location with the most wonderful views whilst we had breakfast croissants from the local bakery.
The villa (and amazing pool) and the surrounding countryside are even better than the photographs!
Christine and Lionel were just the perfect hosts, discreet but super helpful on the few occasions we needed guidance.
Brilliantly located for short drives to the coast or inland to the vineyards or mountains.
A truly memorable stay- highly recommended!

C est avec plaisir que nous avons passé un petit séjour dans ce petit paradis. Les hôtes sont adorables et très discret. Nous ne pouvions rêver mieux. L'impression d'être seuls dans la propriété. A most enjoyable short autumn holiday
A very pleasant property with lovely views. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which is accessed from the double bedroom where we had breakfast in the morning sun.
Joel and Helene were kind and discrete, very good hosts, thank you.
The only disappointment was that the fees for cleaning and linen, which totalled 100 Euros, were not advertised up-front but indicated in the contract once we had reserved and made the first payment.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est sympathique, la climatisation à l'étage bien appréciée, la piscine est top et nous avons pu profiter de tout. Joël a su nous accueillir avec gentillesse et nous a donné des conseils pour passer un agréable moment.
Nous allons être obligés de revenir pour ur trouver le fameux chemin de randonnée 😉 Belle continuation à vous.

Excellent séjour et hôtes à l'écoute
Ma compagne et moi avons passé un très bon séjour dans la petite maison de Joël. L'endroit est très charmant, disposant d'une chambre très spacieuse, d'une cuisine cuisine avec tous les équipements nécessaires, d'un salon avec une cheminée fonctionnelle qui peuvent servir de lieu pour occuper les enfants le soir. La salle de bain est certes petite...mais c'est une salle de bain.
Côté extérieur, vous devez traverser un très beau jardin mexicain pour aller à la piscine qui n'est pas collée à la maison des propriétaires mais distancée d'une bonne quinzaine de mètres, pas totalement isolée de la vue des propriétaires mais qui laisse largement assez d'intimité.
Côté extérieur, vous avez également une table de ping pong, des raquettes de badminton, un jeu de fléchettes, panier de basket, vélos... de quoi occuper les enfants et les plus grands !
A noter que vous pouvez croiser Yumi la chienne des propriétaires qui est d'une gentillesse absolue et également le chat un peu timide.
Enfin les propriétaires. Discrets si vous le souhaitez, ils peuvent vous conseiller sur toutes les choses à faire dans le coin. Joël étant très avenant et d'une très très grande sympathie, il est impossible de ne pas s'entendre avec eux. Mon seul regret étant de ne pas avoir eu le temps de prendre l'apéritif avec ces derniers !
Ne tenez pas compte de l'avis négatif précédent rabat-joie, ce logement conviendra parfaitement à vos prochaines vacances.

This villa has given us a wonderful 2 weeks holiday, it lacks for nothing whatsoever, Joel & Helene are the perfect hosts & will do their utmost to give you a wonderful break without intruding on your privacy. The pool is gorgeous as are the grounds that surround the property and inside you want for nothing. The villa has been tastefully decorated throughout and will allow you to live very comfortably for the duration of your stay.
We would certainly revisit this property again & enjoy more of what the whole area has to offer as well as renewing our acquaintance with our great hosts Joel & Helene

Location sombre et pas du tout accueillante, nous sommes partis de suite sans l'occuper. Mon mari ne tenait pas debout dans le salon très très sombre. Piscine soit disant privée, mais qui est en fait face à la maison des propriétaires présents (ce qui n'est pas précisé non plus sur votre site. Salle de bains minuscule et sombre, quand vous êtes assis sur les toilettes, vous avez pratiquement les pieds dans la douche, minuscule elle aussi. Cette location est un scandale .

Heel aangenaam verblijf om tot rust te komen
Op een heel rustige plaats gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht op de natuur, kan je iedere avond gezellig buiten eten. Je hebt een prima uitvalsbasis om Zuid-Frankrijk te verkennen. Zelf hebben we verschillende onderwater-snorkelroutes gevonden en een uitstap gemaakt naar Cassis en Aix-en-Provence. Ook le Castellet en aanpalende dorpjes zijn de moeite waard om een te verkennen (tip van de eigenaar:)) Ook een namiddag aan het zwembad verblijven kan deugd doen. De gastheer is aangenaam, vriendelijk en discreet, maar altijd tot je beschikking als je vragen hebt.

Joel and Helene are fantastic hosts and offer as much help in finding activities around the house or in the nearby area as you wish. But on the other hand they totally respect your privacy. The house is well equipped, clean and not far from the nice beaches in Toulon or other places. In the village we would recommend the great Boulangerie with fresh croissants and baguettes...Joel offers bikes so that the morning tour to get fresh bread is a nice trip, too! It is a place for a perfect holiday! Thank you, Helene and Joel and we hope to see you again!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir haben zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus von Hélène & Joël verbracht. Das Wetter war traumhaft, das Haus ideal für unsere Anforderungen und der Pool ideal zum abkühlen und entspannen. Hélène & Joël waren sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und hatten Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist ruhig aber gut gelegen um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen.

La maison est décorée avec goût, a beaucoup de charme et convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes (seule la salle de bain est un peu petite)
Mention spécial au balcon avec hamac, très plaisant à l'heure de la sieste...
Le jardin et la piscine sont superbes et font déconnecter les plus stressés !!
La vue et l'emplacement sont idéales.
Enfin, les hôtes sont adorables, toujours à l'écoute et proposant des conseils de visite.
Bref on reviendra.

Les extérieurs sont justes magnifiques : jardin mexicain, superbes oliviers,vue imprenable sur les monts toulonnais ... Quant à la piscine, c'est un petit joyau qui invite à la détente. Petits et grands ont adoré.

Très belle propriété, nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. Les oliviers dans la propriété son juste extraordinaire . La maison est très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité ce qui est très appréciable. L endroit est calme, les propriétaires sont présents mais d’une très grande discrétion .la Piscine est très agréable . Le seul petit bémol est le fait de devoir parquer son véhicule sur la rue qui est assez étroite mais la rue est très peu fréquentée.

Joël provides excellent customer service. In fact, he may very well be the best part of staying in this charming home in Revest les Eaux. He speaks English and he enjoys helping his guests find exactly what they are looking for. As a result of his thoughtful advice, we spent every day of our vacation enjoying the perfect sights.
There are many things to see and do for the whole family. Between the charming nearby towns, beaches, historical sights, restaurants, markets or simply driving from town to town, we felt that after almost two weeks that there was still so much to see and do that we will have to come back again.
There is not too much within a short walking distance. Although, walking can be very interesting, if not a great workout - thanks to the hills. So transportation is recommended.
As my wife and I are quite are tall, we had to duck slightly to clear a couple of the door frames on the lower level. But we considered this part of the charm of this home, which was otherwise perfectly sized for our stay.
There is no commercial development in the immediate area. This home is in a quiet and visually attractive hilly residential area. When staying here, you are sufficiently far from Toulon that you don’t feel like you are in a city. Yet it is in a desirable area with wonderful local shops and amenities a short distance away.
We have no hesitation recommending this property to our friends or relatives. In fact, we already have.
Don’t forget to visit the actual town of le Revest. We almost missed this picture postcard perfect little town down and up the road a little.
