The front office staff was so helpful. The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the coffee in the morning was good.

The location was excellent.
The hotel restaurants brunch “buffet” was very limited for the price! This was very disappointing.

The location is great and the facility is clean. I liked the coffee/tea in the lobby in the mornings.
I'm frustrated with the resort fees hotels are charging these days. They are expensive and it is never really clear what's included (like gratuities). They mention water bottles in the room, which were there when we checked in, but never replaced during our stay.
The building is in a state of minor, gentle decline. For instance, the pleather headboard had large holes. That said, it was clean and I felt like I got what I paid for.

The location was good. Near all the major landmarks.
The hotel staff were friendly.
The entire hotel is outdated. Specially the shabby carpet in the room and the red curtains, also the rooms need a deep clean.. too much dust and fibre made me sneeze.. the hotel rooms look old and classless.
The valet service guy is very rude.
