Apart from the location, great staff and complimentary breakfast... the game room! That was a plus for sure!
The rest room needs upgrades.. the tub was old and rusty.

Clean and affordable
I was excited about a hot tub, but be warned it's on the highway/main drag, in the parking lot. High carb focused breakfast spread. Only cold hard-boiled eggs for protein.

Good location, staff were kind and responsive
Air conditioning was barely there, although the kind staff did replace it for us which improved

The location was wonderful and loved that my fur babies were able to stay even without a charge! I also loved that the rooms had 3 queen beds so our family had a ton of space for sleeping not that we can’t make 2 beds work it was a wonderful addition to our vacation! We enjoyed the pool and water slide as a place to have an afternoon cool off!
I was a bit disappointed that the breakfast Sunday morning didn’t open on time or even 20min late so we had to leave without our morning snack. The toilet handle was also broken, while it worked it was not easy for the kids to get the hang of using as you had to push in and down.

At first glance we liked this hotel. The design is unique and retro, there is a game room with ping pong and an arcade.
The problems started with the first breakfast.
Aside from the breakfast being quite bad with unidentifiable pancakes, the breakfast room was very dirty and poorly maintained. When we asked the cleaning staff to please help us, they handed us a cloth so that we can clean our own table. I have never encountered such a behavior in a hotel before, the 30 minutes we spent there the employees were busy on their private cell phones or chatting with each other - incredibly rude.
Our room was also full with moths that were hiding behind the lights, we managed to get rid of 4 them, not sure how many there were in total.
This was the only place we stayed at on a month long trip through the US that disappointed very much. We asked to talk to a manager, but never was the manager there throughout our 3 night stay. Too bad, because now we can only put our complaint here in the review.
I hope this gives people a fair warning. We certainly will never go to this hotel again.

I liked the walking distance to the restaurants and store, and the driving distance to the parks.
I didn’t like the vibration on my bed and the mouse every time a large truck drove by. It disturbed my sleep. There should have been a time for adult swimming. We were never able to use the pool with all the kids in it at all hours.

Breakfast was a real highlight, great selection than you usually get at other places.
Our room light fitting in the bathroom 108 was leaking. No points off you may just want to look at it. Maybe leaking from upstairs when showering. Stay was perfect otherwise :)

The pool, the staff, the closeness to Arches National Park and down town.
Sheets were a little thin, we had to ask for an extra blanket. However, when we did ask the manager he immediately got us an extra blanket.

I loved the retro features; the 50's look metal table and chairs and the rounded refrigerator.
I had a nice comfortable room but it was tucked in a corner.

It was just so cute! Lovely pool, the rooms were exceptionally clean and amazing quality for what we paid!
It’s very close to the road which can be loud, but can’t be helped.

I booked the bottom floor and they put me in a bigger suite and charged me more money and the people above us or stomping and kept us up all night I booked the bottom floor but they were put me on the top floor so I had to pay extra for the bottom floor which I don't think was cool

We ended up staying in Expedition Lodge in Moab because of its pet-friendly policy. However, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether traveling with pets or not, to stay here. I have been to Moab several times, and this is by far the best place in Moab to stay. The location, room, and the breakfast next morning were completely exceeding my expectations.

The breakfast was good, room was clean
There was a lot of noise from people walking upstairs and we could not sleep. We were there for a few days and requested a room reassignment and the staff was very rude. Even if they wanted to turn down our request, they could have been nice about it but instead they used sentences like "i can't just move you to a different room". The guy at the front desk with the little black beard was the worst person I have ever met. I will never stay here again

the pool was heated and wonderful in mid December. very kid friendly. had an option for a 3 queen option which was great for our family of 5
the bathtub plug didn’t work and arrived with a clogged toilet
