Location
Wasn’t clean, shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water went everywhere, room had a smell, and they need new beds. The beds were stained, so much that we slept on top of it all with our own blankets.

You overbooked and turned me away at last minute and I couldn't find anywhere else to stay Bec my lights were out and all over town hotels had no vacancy available
Nothing. Someone could've called me before 3 and told me something if you're guest were extending their stay instead of having me show up at 3 and not have a room for me period.

The location was good
The building feels like it is going to collapse. We stayed on the second floor. The floor was not level. In some places it was so bad it felt like we were going to fall down. The elevator is scary. It is very slow, and stops and shakes.

The beds
I did not receive the room I requested and paid for

Location was in a very nice, newer area of the city. Just down the road from downtown. Several fast food, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in the area.
Can't really think of anthing that I did not like. It was all a pretty good experience.

The room was excellent and met our needs. We plan on taking a weekend trip with the kids soon and will book here again. Looking forward to using the pool and other amenities.

Location was good
Bistro was closed because of staffing shortages, room was dirty (dirty wash cloth in bathroom, doors had something sticky sprayed on them), a/c didn’t work properly, pool was closed, hallways were too hot, room was not ready at 4 pm, housekeeping was constantly griping everytime you would see them.

The facility was very nice
No towels, no complimentary breakfast, not enough staff, star bucks was closed. No staff at all the front desk said he was the only one there with 120 guest which is ridiculous!! We were told that we looked rich when asked for towels and we’re referred to the Walmart down the street which we had to go get towels!! The money spent was not worth it!! I would not recommend this particular Marriott to anyone!! I really would like a refund or to be reimbursed for some of my money!!

We liked the room, the bed was comfortable.
What we didn’t like about it was check in time was an hour and 1/2 delay we did not get into our room until almost 6pm. Check in time is 3pm. Upon waiting it was a big misunderstanding with other paying guests and they were very angry causing a scene.
The pool was close but it’s advertised as being open, the bar there was closed so no breakfast, no other food. Upon that a white employee threw coffee on a a Black woman and called her the N word. This was by far the worse experience Ive ever had. The guy who works there was nice.
