Loved the friendly service but felt the room maintenance on the toilet was not very professional.

Loved the variety of the breakfast

Toilet did not flush on the first day. Looked like previous guests had tried to fix it by bending the handle and had stripped the securing nut of the handle. I reported the faulty toilet to front desk and he had the toilet repaired. The toilet would flush 80% of the time, occasionally tangling up the chain causing the water to continually run.....The two matching bed lamps had different light bulbs, one LED and one dim yellow. As a person who worked in the maintenance department of a manufacturing plant for over 40 years, I seen a few repairs that were just ' band-aided.

disappointment

well I was disappointed because it did not say on booking.com it was under construction nor did it say the pool was closed otherwise I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The Hampton inn said these things on their booking.com listing which is why I avoided staying there.

again, disappointed it was under construction and I wasn’t aware of it as it DID NOT state this on the booking.com app.

Very good

The room was extremely clean and well stocked.

Kuerig coffee machine seemed to be plugged. Every cup of coffee we tried to make was loaded with grounds.

Within walking distance to restaurants.

The room smelled strongly of a perfumed air freshener, the coffee maker was broken and the breakfast buffet consisted of stale pastries, stale cereal, tasteless fruit and watery coffee. For the cost of the stay I expect better.

Horrid and uninformed of construction and no way to get food. resturaunt shut down.

I got up and left paid for my nights which i want my money back. so no breakfast because i got out of there.Construction no other food or machines, no electric doors or help on luggage i feel so sorry for the staff and anyone who stays there.

All of it. I give it to the staff with what they had to work with.no food to be found because i packed immediately and left during breakfast. I paid for a bed.Period.

Poor

Not much to say. We only were at the property for 15-20 minutes. We checked in at the desk and given our keys. I'm riding motorcycle across the country with my good friend, also a male, we unloaded our bikes and carried our things to the room. Upon entering our room, we discovered to our horror that we had a king bed. We are good friends but not that good. I called the desk. She told me that due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to switch people around due to air conditioning failures. I totally understand that these things happen but we should have been informed of this at the desk. That was would have saved all of us the hassle.

Good stay but improve the pool area.

Very comfortable room and great location. Accommodating staff.

The jacuzzi did not work and the shower handle on the shower in the swimming pool area was broken. The pool area needs to be maintained better.
