Not much to write here. The pool was nice, and the staff were friendly, but there were issues. We had a great parking spot, and the water pressure while showing was great.
We had our placard placed on the outside of the door to indicate we did not want the room serviced while we left for the day to enjoy the museum. Someone still came into our room and hooked up a new cable box and unhooked my cables going from my laptop to the television set. Every night we were there, the noise above us was ridiculous with the running/stomping from children or possibly an adult taking very heavy but small steps across the floor. When I brought this to the attention of the Manager, he acted shocked, and did nothing in the way of compensation or discounting the bill. Once of the worst stays I've experienced in a while.

The hotel staff was not helpful or polite. The room and bathroom was not clean.

started with noisy neighbors first nite, second nite we returned to hotel to find out we were locked out. our magnetic key was blocked, my husband had to walk all the way outside to the front desk to get new keys. once entered our room, it had not been cleaned! the hotel then rented a extremely noisey neighbor right above us!! the hotel only had a 20 percent occupancy rate, but they managed to put a terrible neighbor above us!
everything, I attempted to speak with the manager but he was busy & didn’t really care that we had such a miserable stay!

Close to airport, walking distance to restaurants.
It is in need of a makeover. ceiling fan in bathroom sounded like a jet engine, it shook so much the cover fell off. VERY dirty inside the fan, dust was falling over the toilet.

Good airport proximity.
Just felt a little expensive for the experience.

location near the interstate and quick trip to downtown. staff was friendly at check in and check out.
The room next to us was noise all night long and you could hear everything. Yelling, cussing, constant running in the halls and door slamming ALL NIGHT LONG!! Then at 4 am we were awaken to screaming and shouting because someone was being assaulted in the hallway right outside our door. That led to more screaming and door slamming. I immediately tried to call the front desk for help. No answer. Screaming continued and there was no answer again. I called about 4 times and nothing. We decided it was unsafe for us to remain at the hotel because we were not sure if there was anything being done to either help or deescalate the situation. We packed up our stuff and rolled out ASAP. I believe cops were finally called but we were walking out the door by that time. I understand hotels cannot control who books a room. I do feel the way the situation was handled showed disregard for other guest’s safety and experience. Also our room was dingy and dirty. The surfaces were dirty and sticky and so was the bedding. The was peeling wallpaper and just overall dated. This hotel definitely did not reflect it’s price tag.

The continental breakfast was outstanding and the attendant was constantly cleaning and restocking, she was a very hard worker! I think her name was April of Amber. Also we had a huge discrepancy in price from when we booked to what we were actually billed but Joey at the front desk was amazing and helped iron things out.
The price and the inconvenience of getting the price corrected.

Breakfast was fine. Large group of people arrived after midnight and slammed doors non-stop for almost an hour. The noise started again at 4 a.m.

People were nice. Comfortable bed
Room wasn't ready and had to sit in lobby.
For what you get- so expensive $380 a night you can stay at the Ritz Carlton
