The hospitality from the staff, ESPECIALLY SHAKA! He was incredible and allowed us to check in early since our rooms were available. He was so kind and accommodating. Also loved that there was a grocery store and a Dunkin Donuts attached to the hotel. Wonderful place!

The room and breakfast, plus lunch/dinner were very good to excellent.
Parking was not good plus I just do not like parking garages with walls or a circle wall.
The telephone in my room was not plug-in, but maintenance quickly fix that situation.

Front desk staff were rude waited for staff at breakfast at the 22 grill had to go find a waitress and then she gave me a attitude most horrible wait staff at a hotel ever
