For it being a very crowded hotel I felt the staff did a good job.
My credit card was charged for all 3 rooms when each individual presented a card for payment resulting in almost $1,000 being charged to my CC. I then had to call 4 different times to have the situation corrected which was frustrating.

We likes being downtown, nice bar ect
Our room was still dirty. For 500 buck you would think they could spend some on training for cleaning crew. The bath still had hair on the floor, did not vacuum and if it. Was still filthy. I have cleaned houses for 35yrs and know my shit . We had double bed room and the one bed was so worn out that my back was pissed off for hrs and the bedding left ALOT to be desired. Not sure if we will stay again...
