It was good. Minor inconveniences.

Never ate the breakfast. Had to be out early. The front desk staff was great. Very pleasant, especially after traveling all day.

Location of the elevator. Location of the property relative to my destination. We left late one day & our room wasn't refreshed.

I will be back...

I had a hard time when I got to Greensboro with the bookings that I'd made in advance. I was extremely disappointed with the rooms when I got there. It took me hours to locate the right location. So when I booked with Marriott I knew I was going to pay more but that I would be at a home away from home space, which is the feel, the smell, the all around vibe that I wanted. I was very pleased with the Courtyard at Marriott the friendly staff and above average accommodations My extremely clean room made it all the more relaxing and peaceful. It will be my stay over spot whenever I come back to Greensboro. No use in going anyplace else. Everything was just perfect.

My stay could have been longer. I didn't want to leave. I will most definitely be returning and letting anyone else know where they can have an amazing stay if ever in Greensboro.

Overall the location is the best part of this hotel. Bathroom’s definitely need updating.

The property is in a great location. Lots of eateries and stores all around. The lobby is nicely renovated.

The lighting in the hallway is too dim. The bathrooms need to be updated to reflect a true Courtyard Marriott especially for the price.

Horrible, will NEVER stay at another Marriott!

Not a thing!

Told there was a jacuzzi, called in before to confirm, only to check in and find there was not a jacuzzi. They have a ridiculous way of getting your free breakfast choosing one cold and hot part of breakfast and prices were outrageous to add on to your breakfast. Promoted as a prime area, seemed to be run down in many areas surrounding hotel.

This hotel is very dated. You can tell they tried to remodel the inside, but it’s very outdated and the rooms need a face lift.

Better places for the money they charge

Good location and clean

They advertised the pool yet it was not opened. The reservation included breakfast which was $20 extra per day but they don’t tell you that’s only for one person. Breakfast is subpar at best and not worth $20. Save your money!

It was ok. I've never stayed at a courtyard

It was pretty close to the venue we were there for. The lady at the front desk and the older lady working the evening shift at Starbucks were very nice!

I selected a room with breakfast but we had to pay for food. Had no idea that breakfast was for 1 person and only selected items. Our sliding glass door would not lock so we had to make sure we put the bar back up. Sunday morning a homeless man was approaching our door and once he seen us he walked away only to find him waking into the court yard were the pool was. We have always used holiday Inn if we travel since they provide breakfast. Was unaware of the extra 20 some dollar charge. Bill was 179.27 I believe is the right change. I have email saved but my bank account says 200.00

Staff was friendly but extremely slow; they couldn’t find my reservation.

Conveniently located.

The double queen rooms were overbooked, so we had to transfer to a king with pull out. Breakfast option which was selected- there was no breakfast available.

This hotel is way too pricey for its services.

The room was very clean.

The room faced a busy street and was intensely noisy all night long. In the morning, they will charge for coffee. When I asked that the light brew coffee be resupplied (it was gone), they ignored the request and later took the option away when a second customer asked for the light brew. From what I observed of the defensiveness of the employees, the fixable issues have more to do with poor management (or management leadership) than the employees.
