shuttle driver was fantastic! food choices were poor. with no stores in walking distance

free hourly shuttle to airport

no hair dryer in room. tv channel choice seems limited the shampoo bottles are impossible to tell apart without glasses if your sight impaired. once i took my glasses off, im not sure if i used the body wash for hair or the correct product. maybe space out the bottles on the shower wall would help i did have a handicap room

Really nice, really clean very comfortable

The staff. Arrived at the this hotel after a flight got cancelled, at around 2am. The woman on reception was rude from the get go, saying I had no proof of the booking although I had a receipt, and to access the room I would have to pay another 150 dollars. She was rude and vocal. I finally got into the room at 4am. As an apology she offered a breakfast on the house, although at 7am the next morning the lady said we don’t offer complimentary breakfasts. The staff at breakfast and the van driver were very nice and pleasant.

Even thought it was under construction, it was very quiet and comfortable. The shuttles were extremely convenient!

Good

The food was healthy and excellent. Bed was cozy. Loved the pool and laundry

There was a sensor above my door. And I felt like it invaded some sort of privacy. Meals were way expensive. Staff was a little not so customer friendly. Except morning staff. So funny and nice as well as 2nd shift.

the hotel is a MOTEL with Marriott’s name on it. facilities were substandard. the STAFF is the only thing that can get a

The smell of cigarette smoke with an over abundance of room freshener - one room made my eyes sting bc so much used. excess humidity in the hallway. walls paper thin.

All good.

Excellent and the Bistro staff amazing. The shuttle to MSP was excellent and the Driver James was exceptional and his quick reactions saved us from a probably fatal accident - some car was stopped in the only lane that was open on the highway to gauk at an accident there. Somehow he missed it by taking evasive action in time. Thank you James!

Great stay overall

Very nice room as expected. Comfy. Included a balcony. Everything was clean.

The fridge was shallow such that it was hard to fit larger containers of food inside it, but it worked out in the end.

It is what it is, Poor restaurant / Bar - Reception staff best described as 'stinting'

Restaurant poor, (although the staff were great). Excellent free bus service to Mall of American with friendly helpful drivers.

Reception staff - could not be confused with someone who gave a dam. The food delivered on disposable plates etc and only available at short times, In house store best described as a large poorly stocked cupboard.
