The location was perfectly central to the city and we loved that the modern hotel was in a historic building.
There are lots of vagrants across the street due to the public library. The city and police force should clean this area up and patrol more.

Very nicely kept up.
Wish they had breakfast and coffee included in the stay.

Staff was always smiling, pleasant & helpful, and that is primary. The bed & linens are extremely comfortable. Love the location, right around the corner from Newsfeed Cafe & Boston Public Library, 1 block from Boylston Street, & 2 blocks from Newbury St - easy walk to bank, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, coffee houses - 1st rate.
Their toilet paper is too rough for me, I went out & bought some that was softer. Wish the breakfast was available all day.
