Location and how upscale it was
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The room was beautiful, the bed was really big and comfortable, I did not hear my neighbors at all. The view from the room was really nice. The Lenox Mall, including the Apple Store, are close by, you can walk there. The Thai food across the street is nice.
The hotel food during the conference at the hotel was not great.

The property was nice, I love how it have valet parking and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and relaxing. The restaurant and bar was convenient and also the mall was a few steps away.
I had no issues other than when we got the cards and it did not work for us at the parking garage at first, and we had to go back in and get the keys fixed, but no problem after that.

Good location for shopping.
Check in parking was weird. Then the security guy yelled at me to move my car. The room wasn’t anything glam. Same as the best western I stayed at in Savannah.
