Good variety of food choices and hot tea.
The very loud timer on the waffle maker. Garbage cans needed emptying sooner. They were filled to the brim. But, in fairness, the dining area was very busy at the time. Your staff was helpful overall.

Shuttle to airport was prompt and convenient.
We were not able to use the free breakfast option because of our early morning flight and there was no price adjustment or a box option offered.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a mix-up with Booking.com, and they were still able to accommodate my stay at the same rate.
I wish they had told us about the pool, although I believe it was an outdoor pool and was closed due to the weather. Other than that, amazing.

Cleanliness, decent breakfast, very nice workers
The bed mattress was ready to be thrown away, too soft, and you could feel all the hardware, either frame or springs, and the sheets were not the best
