The building definitely needs updating!!! Had a bad smell in the hall as well as the room; stains on carpet; coffee station in lobby looked like it had not been wiped down in hours (possibly days)! The breakfast was cold & not properly stocked…no orange juice (when asked, the lady said let me get some…then said it’s frozen)…coffee was not fresh & the room thru booking was $122.xx…she charged $150…when I asked her about it she said the extra was charged as an incidental fee and would be added back to my card…that did not happen!!

The check in lady was super! Breakfast was as expected. The coffee was excellent!
Mostly the bed. I sunk about 8 inches into the mattress. I think it's time to replace that one.

advertised pool which was a plus since I had children but it was not working. laundry room also was not working and needed that also

I’m a coffee lover but coffee in lobby was always watered down. facility could have been a bit cleaner.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. piper steered us to a delicious restaurant for dinner. the beds were extremely comfortable and the property was very clean.

I booked a king with sleeper bed and they did not have any available so I had to settle for the 2 queens for the same rate..

The gentleman that worked at the desk overnight was really helpful,Candy that worked the front desk in the evenings was really nice, both these people were very helpful making our stay at the fairfield comfortable,I can't say enough good things and I'm really hard. To please
