Didn't have time for breakfast

No closet door and TV very small

The knob to adjust the temperature on the a/c was missing. The TV remote was VERY hard to change channels with. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom.

The location was convenient for all the things we wanted to do. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly.

The breakfast staff was not as attentive to the supply of food as well as they could have. Some very sparse and didn't see staff refilling any of the food.

Location was good.

I chose the hotel because the room was supposed to be a 400+ sq ft room. We were provided a room much smaller. Room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was not good.

the smell of chlorine in our first room : impossible to stay in this room ( we ask to change but the lady at the front office was not very concerned about this problem… no apologies) the staff very rude, not friendly, no smiling the smell of tobacco in the front office the breakfast: horrible coffee, no eggs, basic things ( bagels, muffins and cereals), table not cleaned between people not good insonorisation ( I can follow the discussion of the neighbors of our room) the hotel looks dirty

Breakfast was okay, some guy yelled at the staff about there not being any food out and called the health department on them because of cleanliness. Then everything was cleaned up and fresh food got put out.

Nobody mentioned the pool wasn’t open until we checked in. This was the main reason for going to this hotel.

Receptionist during check in wasn’t pleasant. I asked her a question about my discount she replies You booked online, so I just paid and took my key cards and went to room because I was exhausted with the drive in town and the day we had on campus. Highly upset with fire alarms going off twice during the night stay the last time it went off it was midnight so I was pissed about that because I was sleeping and suffering with a migraine headache. Room was near elevator and a family group of kids running up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on our door in the middle of the evening. I didn’t say anything because the front desk lady rubbed me the wrong way with the check in process. Received receipt and noticed the booking didn’t honor my Toledo university discount. The fact I was trying to rest and enjoy the night stay with my children who are 15 and 17 and have to hear the entire evening kids running and screaming what was the purpose of signing a paper saying we will hold the noise down after 11 and then the fire alarm going off twice throughout the evening

Toilet in room would not flush. Went to eat the breakfast at 8:30 and no food, no plates, no drinks!! Very disappointed

The size of the television. Customer service desk was not too far from our room. The noise would have been heard if someone was stationed in the lobby

The hot tub and pool were cold the hallways were cold and the breakfast was burnt when I told the front desk about the pool/hot tub and the halls being cold she said it was not her problem. The sole reason for choosing that hotel was the hottub and pool and to be told it's not their problem really upset me.

The heating unit had a terrible musty smell and the ceiling light was missing the globe … wires hanging out …. I could not sleep well due to the terrible smell from the heating unit , I do not think the units are serviced regular or cleaned at all…. I would like to request a partial refund due to the atmosphere and smell of the room …

system was down got 2 charges. on my card. pool was closed during entire stay. Hot Tub was out of order & under construction. breakfast. was disgusting. room was not throughly cleaned. found a dog biscuit . sheets looked stained . 2 police cars present . for over an hour, at front entrancew

Liked the biscuits and gravy and the sausage.

Eggs were rubbery and tasteless. It was ok. Not a huge selection. Coffee pot in room wasn't clean.

The location was nice. There was a Meijer's across the street and restaurants surrounding the hotel as well.

I didn't like the fact the the curtains didn't close all the way so the lights from cars shined into my room.
