It was a low price, so I’m not going to complain about anything.

Property was a dump. There was no bed in our room. It appeared to have squatters on the property.

We loved it was right off the highway. Close to several restaurants and an opportunity to just get right back on the highway in the morning.

Staffing can use some customer service training. Didn't feel welcomed. Insincere. I called as priceline instructed to report we wouldn't be there until after 9pm, the agent didn't seem to know what I was talking about and said, ok. Then it was awkward, and I simply hung up.

No internet in room at all. checked in late-10pm.. attempted to get on the Wifi with tablet and laptop, stated- No internet connection-

not answering office phone when needed. TV DID NOT WORK We went down and got the desk man to help. it worked for a second and then not. Told us to keep rebooting. did not work. very dirty bathroom floors Bad experience all around!

Room was not ready when we arrived at 5 pm. I got bed bugs from my room. I am ate up. I am not happy.

Didn't rake time for breakfast. Left first thing in the morning.

My room had Hot Water and was Clean. There was a beautiful view on the front side of the hotel. No guest we’re on that side as many rooms were vacant and not being used for whatever reason?

Waited a while for the front desk person to come for check in. One towel hanging and a dirty floor towel on the tub. No TV working, No refrigerator, No micro, No ice bucket and some lights not working. asked for more towels at front desk; answer was no. asked for an ice bucket; answer was no. Took the one trash can to ice machine and it was out of order but I found one that worked.

It was convient to the interstate.

The room smelled like dog pee. I got a non smoking room yet there were burn stains on the counter and bathtub. The cable didn't work so I called the front desk to bring it to their attention. Someone told me they would come see and an hour later they showed up after I had pulled out the dresser and fixed it myself. Also behind that dresser there were dirty plastic spoons and dried up French fries where nobody had cleaned. It was prob the worst hotel I've stayed at in quite some time. I rent hotels frequently in that area for work and I will never return to this one. Absolutely disgusting.

Missing lightbulbs. 1 friggin towel. Bed was made....I think. Property is very run down. Courtyard grass is about 10 inches high. Every thing needs paint. Outdoor lights flicker. Bates hotel would've been better choice

The room had no heat on when we arrived it was 28 degrees, the bathroom door if you close it you can’t get out, the phone doesn’t work, no usb charging

Found hairs in the bed so slept on top of the bed. It was too late at night to switch rooms and overall cleanliness was poor. Pillows were rock hard
