Breakfast is ideal.
Sound of Air conditioning is too noisy, could not sleep well.

our room was spotless, the HVAC was sooo quiet ( unlike most hotels) the staff was super helpful when i had trouble adjusting the thermostat -
water pressure in the shower was polite...

Great location.
Breakfast is available from 0700 - 0900. If you get there at 0800, you will be lucky to find any food.
