The room was looked recently updated. Everything in bathroom were new and clean. The price for stay compensated absence of some things as a lot of toiletries, boxes of tissue. I don't care. This minimalism is much harmless for mother-nature.

Place is newly renovated.......very spacious and clean. About a mile from the beach. Couldnt ask for a better location. Staff were friendly and helpful.........will stay there again.
The tower wasnt renovated yet only the street level units in the back were renovated. It wouldve been nice to have breakfast available.

My room was nice and comfortable
I didn’t like that the elevator was not working and I didn’t get any kind of discount just because I had to use the stairway to get to the fifth floor.

The bed was super soft and clean.
It was really dirty on the floors and the tub floor was peeling, the tub was pretty dirty.

The downstair rooms are newly renovated.
However, The rooms with the balcony are not, and are not properly cleaned.
The Manager Pinal Patel was very rude. The customer service was terrible. He ruined my stay. He was this way with several of the guest.

Staff was nice, bed comfortable, shower water temperature was to my liking. Everything was fine. Check in and check out went smoothly

Private, my entire roo. Was just a vibe. I NEEDED a small get away and I couldn't ask for anything better. I'm completely relaxed. The front desk lady was the sweetest ever. Very friendly and GREAT at her job!
The TV had some green lines on the bottom of the screen. Wasn't really an issue, but a Karen might give reason

the shower was completely falling apart and the location was not feeling safe

Staff was nice and professional.
Bathroom nasty, hair all on shower walls and nasty dirt ring all around tub. Do not have proper supplies to clean. Was on the 5th floor with elevator out of service had to go up and down stairwells with luggage. Asked about atleast a discount. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience.

There was none. Nor coffee in lobby or room.
No shampoo or other amenities.

The only thing I liked was it was a smoking room
The floors were dirty. The sheets had burn holes in them. The sheets also had stains on them. The door was broken and would not close had to slam it all night long. There was also a dog barking the whole entire time I was there, all day and night

The balcony was nice and the new updates in the room were nice .The bed was comfortable .

nasty bathroom order no smoking and put me on smoke beds two times hotel empty and no clean room staff and management horrible

the elevator was broken and we had to walk up flights of steps to our room with heavy luggage . We had to kill a roach late at night .Bath tub was peeling paint in and around it and the water would not get hot .
