It was unclean and unsafe area

The entire hotel. I've never been to a hotel so infested with cock roaches that I had to sleep with the lights on. This was the worst choice I've ever made about a hotel stay. Booked 2 nights and ended up leaving the bugs were so bad.

The guy who checked us in was amazing. Very friendly. He's a big part of why we didn't cause problems and demand refund and just leave.

The room was just ridiculous. Most outlets didn't work, the bathroom was unbearable. We killed 2 roaches, the pool was not that clean and attached hot tub was green and just disgusting. I wasn't able to get pics of pool area do to others privacy didn't want any misunderstanding. I will attach pics we took of the rest room area which I'd bet is mold since was up most the night coughing. Yes mold is an allergy of mine. Considering right outside military base I would expect better from a place that's pretty much representing our city to family visiting those on base. Very disappointed

The bed is comfortable

They made me wait 45min for my room because they forgot to have it ready, even though I booked the night before because I didn't want to deal with the check in hours (that made me mad because I let the manager know days before my trip🙄) Also you have to clean the pool often... It was yucky

There was no clean room for us, stay was canceled and we already wait more than 1 month for the refund which is "accepted" but noone i whole Oyo company is the "right person to make this refund". Worst customer care ever

The cleaning lady came into our room at 8:30 in the morning. Even though we were yelling through the door that we were still there and no. We thankfully had the latch on the door but even though she clearly noticed the latch she still peered into the room for a good while before closing the door and leaving. I called to let the front office know that I was trying to sleep and didn't appreciate the woman coming into our room. At around 9 the cleaning staff came again and looked through our window. Then, she then came again 40 minutes before checkout placing her hands around her head and looking into our window that had the curtains completely drawn before coming to the door AGAIN although she clearly saw us! It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. We did not request a wakeup call and no one should just enter your room before checkout and they shouldn't be looking into guests rooms. It's an invasion of privacy. There are huge gaps between the door and door frame and I'd we could hear her and her cart she could definitely hear us yelling not to come in at 8:30AM. When she came again I decided to go and let management know and they seemed to not care at all. They did nothing about it besides calling the staff in who then lied about the whole thing saying they didn't know we were in there. Worst experience by far at a chain hotel. Cockroaches were present, nothing seemed clean, from the pillows an sheets to the handles and towel racks. Pay the extra couple dollars and stay somewhere else.

I should sue the travel company for listed this hotel on line. This hotel should be banned
