I was happy with everything for the most part. The pool was nice and breakfast was simple but good. The support staff was quick to handle any of the shortage of foods.
I wasn't positive which about the front entrance as there wasn't any signage. If felt bad for the gentleman that was at the desk as he was being pulled in a couple different directions and had to listen to the ice machine make noise 24/7. The only other issue we had was that our toilet never stopped running.

The bed and pillows where super comfortable, the hotel it’s a bit old, facilities in general are not that fresh but the room and comfort was perfect to get proper rest.

The staff were nice.
The hotel itself, didn't feel or look clean.
The toilet didn't flush very good. The TV remote was broken.
The light in the bathroom would take a few seconds to actually turn on.
The fan in the bathroom was too loud.
