If it wasn’t for the amazing staff, I would’ve left.

The staff. They were so accommodating and kind. Which made it easier for me to overlook a few things

It doesn’t feel clean. The rug was sticky, there were bugs in my room, and the furniture was falling apart.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out. I especially liked the outdoor patio on the water.

Nice nook near the water

The stream near the hotel where you can sit out on the veranda was very calming and relaxing. The breakfast offered was good and free. Close to gas stations and stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My cell phone wasn't working 😕 due to the location. I believe because we were in the mountains

Felt small and intimate like a family owned facility

Breakfast was good but the fancy coffee machine was not working just the plain coffee. My view of the river and falls was spectacular. I loved the fact I could open the windows to listen to it all night

very nice but not perfect

location, the attractive exterior, the breakfast area, cleanliness, hot water

the room was cold for sleeping, wrapped tightly in blankets and turned heat to 73. the bathroom floor was cold too.

Superb

Front desk staff was awesome, especially Oretha, who was so helpful working out my reservation. Highly recommend.

I would like to see a cell phone charging station in the rooms. I ended up with a non -working phone because I didn't have a charging plug with me. Other places I've stayed have offered that service.

Would only stay here in a pinch!

Breakfast was average, ok.

Drab and unappealing, no welcoming look or atmosphere, dark hallways at night, overpriced for the amenities and area.

The area was nice, clean and safe

The facilities were outdated and tired looking.the food was bland and tasteless. Finding staff was sometimes difficult. Room smelled dusty, bordering on cigarette smoke.
