Super friendly and helpful staff! I enjoyed the breakfast, nice to have filling options each day. Decent coffee and clean areas. The room had plenty of towels and the shower was great. This location was super convenient to food, gas, and the amphitheater!
The bed was ok but not the most comfy. I was so tired it didn't matter much. Each morning I was awakened to the garbage truck around 5:30 😒

Great location to food and the reniassance festival.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options
The floors in the room felt sticky, also there was a crispy spot on one of the pillow cases. I do think the mattresses need to be rotated as they are worn in some spots

Room was clean and most staff members were very nice and helpful.
Prior to arrival (interaction by phone) and during check in at the desk, Shelly’s customer service was very poor. I called around 9-9:30 am to confirm reservation and ask if we could check in an hour or so early as we had a wedding to attend; she responded with “I had a full house last night” and “well you should have booked for the night prior if you wanted to be here at that time”. We tried to explain that we were just asking or looking for a little compromise, but we were met with a very uninviting attitude. We arrived around 12:40 and attempted to talk in person and see if anything had changed. We initiated Very polite conversation, to which her response was “you can just go take a seat over there”. There was no one in the lobby. She then said “there’s nothing I can do because you booked through a third party. We were willing to change rooms, set our bags in a room that still needed to be cleaned. Anything. The outcome was “well you’re going to have to wait until your check in time.”
We understand that staff can be busy. However, unprompted unprofessionalism towards customers is not appropriate.
