Very classy, clean. spacious and quiet hotel. Definitely would choose again, recommend to anyone.

Well-appointed hotel, classy and clean appearance. Quiet room, really spacious. Breakfast was good, something for everyone. Spacious parking lot, very easy highway on and off access.

Would have liked to be closer to choice of restaurants. This place had a couple of restaurants not far away, but nice sitdown restaurants were generally rather distant.

The front desk reception was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the view was very relaxing and peaceful.

A clean place to sleep

Location was good. Visiting family who live off Kovarik and it was within a couple of miles.

Dissapointing, this particular Holiday Inn Express is well worn. The matress pad couldn't hide the sagging matress. My husband and I kept ending up in a heap in the middle of the bed. The free breakfast was OK, plenty of options. Except the there was no pancake batter the 3 mornings we were there. The pool was closed because some of the fencing had fallen over the day we got there. A group of very rowdy baseball players were in the pool while we were checking in and then when we went to the 3rd floor for our room they were chasing each other up and down the halls and elevators and stair wells. The pool had just been closed We suspect they were responsible for the pool fencing. Witchita Falls in June is 98 -108 degrees. We wanted to use the pool.

My stay was fantastic.

I don’t eat breakfast, but it smelled wonderful. Location was close to my mothers home and made my visit so much easier.

Horrible

The front desk staff was not welcoming nor any attempt to accommodate simply questions or requests! Never again will I stay here! Furniture was old and cracked! Was the worst ! Way over priced.

A Very Pleasant Surprise!!!

Very clean, comfortable. I felt as if I were in a hotel mini-suite in Las Vegas. They really have it together. I loved the king bed!

Although the bed was great, covers were very clean, pillows were perfect, the mattress was too soft for my taste. However, my wife thought it was great, so....

We did not stay we moved.

The room was next to the elevator and very noisy. We were told they would not change our room and that someone had to stay in it. My response was it will not us.

Won’t be back.

Room was fine

We were told very clearly that breakfast ended at 10:00. I, and many other guests, came down around 9:15 to find everything had been put away except a pot of coffee. “Oh, sorry, she put everything away”. Yeah, no kidding. Where do I get reimbursed for the breakfasts I paid for but had to buy again. That’s just wrong.
