The Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront

It was right on the ocean-beautiful view of Nantucket sound.

Beds were not comfortable-woke up with backache. Also room smelled musty. After airing the room out and maid cleaning it was better.

Great location. Wonderful beach!

The pool was not very clean, the sand shower did not work, so lots of sand in pool and hot tub. The fire pit did not work.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, the closeness to the beach, the beach chairs and umbrellas available.The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Overall a reasonable place for the money on the cape during the summer season.

The kitchen could have been more conveniently and better equipped; some of the plates were extremely difficult to get off of the shelves in that we had to remove items from one of the shells to get one of the large plates off of the shelf. The trash cans had to be in the middle of the floor and right next to the table. There were no measuring spoons or cups to measure and make coffee. The room was a bit tight for space. The beds up against the wall on the alongside makes it difficult or best inconvenient to sleep two people. One queen bed in the middle would have been much better so that each person can get out on their own side of the bed, without having to climb over the other person. My wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because of that. The microwave oven was too high, made it difficult to set the turntable correctly as one couldn't see it without stepping up on a chair.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area for our puppy to do her business was close and easy to get to.

One problem we had was the step into the room was about 10 inches high and a tripping hazard. The second problem was the kitchen needed to be restocked as it had one pot, 2 broiler pans and with the utensils there were only two forks. The third was the shower would only go on half way.
