The location was perfect, inside Vail Village. The room was spacious and clean.
The confirmation email said the room came with free e-bikes. However, upon arrival, we were told all were out of order. Also, their valet parking is expensive so we parked elsewhere.

Location, overall comfort and cleanliness, staff friendliness. And ebike free rental at hotel with knowledgeable staff member who tightened breaks for me ( I think his name was Greg).
Room felt hot, had to open window.

Nothing. Not fun to pay for parking but we knew that beforehand

Location
The elevators and common areas smelled like animal urine. I was told valet parking was $23.00 (which is ridiculous) when I checked in and then charged $45.00 at check out. The lounge area was closed. So the amenities that drew us to the hotel were not available. The employees were very nice and upgraded our room when the TV didn’t work.
