Staff is very helpful and friendly. Family owned. Large clean rooms. Stored our luggage. Let our bikes in room.
Isolated. No bar. No place to eat nearby. Needs updating.

Breakfast was fine except for the waffle station. There needs to be 2 waffle makers
there needs to be another waffle iron at breakfast. The line was too long. It took too long to get to it. I'm not an egg eater, so it seemed to take too long

location near palmyra historic sites was great. motel facility itself was nice. rooms and hot tub were nice.
like all the reviews i'd read, when we got there the service was terrible. we arrived at 7pm and had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready! AT 7PM!! so did most guests that arrived when we did. the front desk person couldn't have cared less. never made eye contact or smiled. never apologized for the room not being ready. no towels at the hot tub. the breakfast window is only two hours, from 7-9 am. we missed it.
