Snug Cottage is a comfortable B &B and centrally located. It has clean and comfortable rooms in a historic two-hundred-year-old structure. Great continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Me and my partner were staying two nights, but decided to stay an extra night and enjoy the place, the weather, and P-Town.

Great hosts very friendly and attentive to my needs. My trip was delayed by a day due to late flights therefore missed connections. Gary gave me a credit for the first night since I was unable to get to Provincetown on my first rental day.
Only suggestion is the bathroom sink didn’t drain well but it was a small issue and it is an old historic house. Plumbing issues would be normal.

We recently traveled to Snug Cottage for my birthday weekend. We love Provincetown and have stayed here at least 4 times, with the last one being probably in 2009. We were disappointed to say the least as it seems to have changed drastically since our last stay. We were the only ones staying there at the time and it’s almost like they forgot about us. Breakfast was a choice of 2 bagels that stayed overnight in a display case, yogurt, and a plastic container of blueberries that were just left in the fridge for us to take. We split one bagel and the other one hung out until they retired it 2 days later. On the second day we were also given the option of 5 open boxes of cereal that I would not feel comfortable eating and an English muffin. There were no refreshments offered in the afternoon, nor was there a bottle of wine presented upon arrival as was mentioned on the website. I am sorry that I did not research any of the other options in ptown before booking this one…

The owner was closing down for winter and there was only us and one other couple there. What I enjoyed most was chatting in the dining room with him and his friends. Everybody was friendly and that to us is the most important quality of a good stay.

No comfortable outdoor space. Overall maintenance and landscaping were not on par with neighboring B&Bs.

The owner, Gary, was at ease and very welcoming. His Staff person Dokas ( spelling? ) was wonderful giving us what we needed and was accommodating at all times. Lots of breakfast foods to choose from. It was safe and peaceful. So comfy and cozy my daughter didn’t want to leave our room.
N/A for me.

Location was quiet. Loved that parking was available for guests. Location was great for walking into town.
Air conditioning could have been better, but Gary acknowledged the issue and is working on fixing it. Did not put a damper on our stay.

Did not eat there however the danishes and muffins smelled delightful. Great, I mean GREAT staff and room. Can't wait for next visit. My wife has very high expectations and SNUG more than met them, in fact exceeded them.
The only thing SNUG could have improved upon is making the weekend longer. Not long enough. Also nice and easy walk into town, fantastice!!!

Staff was excellent, very polite woman that maintains the rooms. She has been there 17yrs. We had great conversations with her. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. In the center of town within walking distance to Commercial St, Provincetown Marina/pier/dock. Overall excellent experience for my wife and I.
Boiled eggs were sometimes undercooked, other than that this place with excellent to stay at. No complaints.

Great location! Very clean! Very friendly staff! Needs updating. Great breakfast. Garden needs a great deal of tending to. Shower missing a tile, toilet paper holder ripped off wall and standing holder replaced it. Wall in bathroom had a place that was pushed on and trim around cabinet under sink falling off.
Breakfast, location, staff!

Nice location, good proximity to downtown but not so close that you have to deal with the noise level
Pricey but that’s Provincetown during the summer 🤷🏽♂️

We were greeted by John when we arrived, and he gave us all the information to settle in and orient ourselves. Very welcoming and friendly. The house is historic and charming. I loved coming in from the blustery day to a warm fire in the living room and scented candles. It was so cozy and inviting. The breakfast delivered to our door in a cute basket each morning was amazing. It's a quick 10-minute walk to the center of town and is just a block from Commercial street and is at the beginning of where the action begins.
The only thing that could have been better is that our coffee and cream weren't replenished when the room was cleaned each day.
