They were very helpful in getting me a room at their Motel after Booking.com did not follow through with their booking process. The folks at Super 8:in Wausau Wisconsin are very professional and know how to take good care of their customers

Room was clean and wellmade beds.
Guests across our room were noisy for most of the night.

Location was good. Right off freeway. Lots of restaurants close. Parking good. Park close by. Friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok.
Got handicapped room as requested but it was located at the farthest end of the building. Very inconvenient. A long walk to dining area especially when walking was our reason for needing the handicapped room. Requested closer room
but none were available.
Refrigerator in room did not work. Coffee maker in room did not work. I wonder how often they even check them.
Facilities are definately showing their age
