Just about everything
It's the same for me with all hotels they should give discounts to regular visitors

None as we did not stay there.
We got there at 3:10 pm to check in and the door at the lobby was closed and there was so much stuff going on. There was nobody at the small window in the front desk and there was a sign to use the side door. We went to the side door and it was locked, and of course we did not have a key yet to enter cause we were still trying to check in. We called and called, we called the door bell, the phone and their camera bell and noon was there to assist us. It was frustrating as we were tired from driving from Oklahoma to Tennessee. The frontdesk came after half an hour and we just decided to cancel. We had to call Booking.com and waited a long time to connect to someone and waited a long time to get a confirmation that it was okay to cancel our reservation. They did not put in the Booking.com that the hotel is under renovation.
