Lovation

After we left the following morning we experienced a series of multiple changes on our credi card which ended up being reported as fraudulent charges that had been put on our credit card between the time of our late night check in at the front desk to early morning. Luckily Booking.com nitified us to verify the multiple charges made to our card and they stopped this action immediately. The charges were found to be generated after our check in at the hotel . Which was both disturbing and disappointing in tefection to our stay at this hotel😟

very good breakfast and nice size room

shower didnt work very good and water faucet leaked in sink. Toilet water would keep running when flushed had to lift handle up to get it to stop. wish there was a pop machine

Staff & Breakfast

Pool could have been warmer

Front desk staff great, room, not so much. Moved the small table between the beds to find that if there was a ton of dirt and debris and a dead Roach. Steph is apparently not moving furniture would vacuuming. Also under that table was a striped eyeglass case.

Much better cleaning of the room.
