The location was not too far from the park and the room had air conditioning. We decided to check out a day early and they refunded that night.
The lodge is being renovated and the construction noise starts early. The wifi is not part of the hotel, but can be arranged separately. It didn't work after the first day of a 3-day payment. Customer service never called back from the message we left. The grill restaurant at Cedar Lodge was very crowded and we waited about an hour overall in line and then for our food to-go. On the second day, they started construction on the road at the entrance to Yosemite where the sister hotel, Yosemite View was recommended for dinner (and breakfast because the Cedar Lodge Restaurant was only serving sandwiches as they had a problem with the kitchen). It took us 1 hour to get on the highway from the parking lot due to the incompetence of the construction guard.

Some slight upgrades are needed. Also the channels are very limited on tv.

Cedar lodge is a 30-40 minute drive to Yosemite's entrance. Big, spacious rooms which are quite old but in good condition. Beds are comfortable and quiet. Parking is free right outside your door. An excellent accommodation to visit Yosemite (apart from the wifi)!
Accommodation is quite costly. Apart from this, you have to pay 10 dollars a night for wifi, which in my opinion was ridiculous!

The location, the places was beautiful. Also it has a indoor pool that I didnt know they had so after driving all day I relxed at the pool.
We could buy and cook microwave meals in the supermarket.
The restaurant closes too early. We went by 21 (9 pm) and was closed. We are from Argentina and we are used to hace places to eat up to 2AM... we dont expect the restaurant to be opened untill 2 but 9pm to be closed it's to early.

Near the Yosemite Park
No free Wi-Fi.

Nice and large bath tub
Breakfast restaurant didn't open at 7am as announced, because the "manager wasn't there yet"... three times in a row. Inconvenient when you want to go into the mountains.

Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was convenient for Yosemite.
Wifi was charged at $10 a night.
Food options for breakfast were very limited.
Building work being done which meant noisy early morning starts.

Close to National park, staff courteous, pool well maintained
No maid service (sheets, towels, garbage emptying), no cell service, expensive wifi for 3 devices {$20/night), torn and stained carpet, roach, grime on walls, restaurant has only 3 entrees (fried chicken strips, fried fish, burger with fries - not exactly healthy options)

Conveniently located near Yosemite, yet reasonably priced. Had restaurant/bar on property so no need to drive elsewhere. Great breakfast buffet, but they do not open on time.
Breakfast restaurant needs to open at 7:00. and not when they "feel like it" 10 -15 min. late.

Too much of a chemical smell from the cleaning products used. Also the shower curtain had a strong mildew smell that permeated the room.

Silent and beautiful surroundings. Acces with a car next to the entrance in rooms. Moderate price for what you get.
There could be a sign above the entrance to the reception desk. Wi-fi for two cell phones only per charge.
The swimming pool is out of date. Visitors also shouldn't be allowed to enter a closed swimming pool in shoes. No pool for disinfection of feet and no showers.

Indoor hot tub is nice, but would have been better with an outdoor hot tub.
Pay for internet. Breakfast was microwaved packaged breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was pathetic from on site restaurant. In room coffee Machine didn’t work. Shower was made for 4’ tall people

It;s very easy to travel by bus into Yosemite Valley. That way you do not need a reservation for the NP.
The room was a little dark.
The toilet was a little low. Very difficult for elderly adults.

Cheap and clean.
The basin water was a dribble and the water was off for a few hours and no one warned us. Also paying additional for wifi is a bit last century. The food at the restaurant is barely edible.

I liked the cleaniness, location , room temperature, price, located 20 miles from yosemite valley watefall.
No Microvave in room, have to stay in line for an hour just to warm food, No nearby electric Charger, Not much options for breakfast, bar closes at 8 pm

The location
Facilities are old and in bad conditions. For the price paid, quality is very poor. Paying WiFi 10$ per 24hr is not reasonable even if you are at the end of the world.

Nice staff, Good value.
Had to pay for wifi

Nice room, convenient location. Only Bar and grill open for dining but even with a limited small menu the food was very good and plentiful. Nice store in the lobby with a good selection of food, drink and other items.
No cell service, but that is not their fault, but they did charge for internet to be able to use your cell phone to make calls. With no cell service it would have been nice to have the internet included.
