Not good and getting worse every time we stay here

The bed was fairly comfortable WIFI worked

Requested 1st floor room-Denied. No elevator Requested room away from the noisy highway-Denied. 50% of the motel is away from the street Employee did not know the layout of the motel, sent us to the wrong end of the building Not enough towels for 2 people Wall light had no bulb in it A/C outlets near bed on wall lights didn't work Couldn't get refrigerator to turn on, eventually found it had been unplugged Had to slam door to get it to close securely HVAC system ran until room was too hot, then let room get too cold before turning back on. Air had mildew smell coming out of air ducts Water smelled and tasted like river water. No filter on ice machine for bad taste. Ice was unusable No hot breakfast other than a waffle machine. Last time they at least had gravy and rock hard biscuits We use this motel a lot, and we felt like they didn't care if we ever came back

Adequate accommodation, but not a good value for the price.

Convenient location. We had stayed there several times before and found it to be consistently very good at a reasonable price. We weren't nearly as satisfied overall this time,

The price was far greater than we had paid before, and the place wasn't as clean and well kept overall.

Nothing everything was horrible!

Horrible!!! Don’t stay here if you have a family. It’s not worth it. I got here about 3am after driving all the way from SC I booked the room for 2 days with my family and when we got there the pool was out of service it’s a inconvenience it not that big of a deal. We get up to our room and the beds had been slept in already and none of the lights worked. So I go downstairs even though I requested downstairs for my handicapped mother to tell them and the put me in a different room where I had to make my own beds and wait almost an hr for the sheets and blankets the AC did not work it was about 90 degrees in there it was awful and my kids cried all night. So early in the morning I get up to go explain to them that I want a refund and to leave I will not be staying another night. The front desk man gave me a receipt and said I will receive a call from the manager and I will get a refund within 5-7 days. I never received a call I had to call up there myself the manager said she will give me a refund and I was given back $60 instead of my original amount. This place is awful I will never be back!

Friendly staff, convenient location.

I stayed in room 233, the smoke detector was in the dresser drawer, the towels were not nicely folded and set right, the mirror was dirty and there was no screen on the window on the 2nd floor!!!!! No elevator, cold breakfast.

breakfast was ok

cold, green, smelly pool. furniture was stained up. couldn't use was plugs because the item fell out. couldn't use a key card to unlock 1 door. cigarette burn in 1 bed. place was run down and not worth it.

The king suite with the jacuzzi tub was perfect for a romantic get away.

We stayed in the King Suite with a jacuzzi tub. it was roomy & perfect for a relaxing weekend.

There were food crumbs in the carpet next to the chair & the couch needed the upholstery cleaned. The drain in the tub with the shower didn’t drain well. I opened the plug & it was clogged with bar soap & clumps of hair. Housekeeping should consider checking the drains regularly to prevent issues.

Staff not understanding handicapped problems.

Comfortable bed. Room was clean.

I had requested handicapped and didn't get that but it was okay except I requested an outside entrance close to grass area to let my dog out and I was on the opposite side of the lot. Had to load the dog and drive to the grass because I couldn't walk that far. So other than that, stay was very pleasant.

Expensive but better than the low budget motels in Beatrice

Location is good, right next to hwy 77, close to gas and fast food.

Average motel breakfast if you are not diabetic and can eat sugary foods. We had to go out for breakfast. No elevator TIP: if you stay here, ask for a room on the back side away from the highway. Road noise is quite loud. Fan in A/C unit was very noisy Bed was hard Only enough towels for 1 person, you have to go to the desk to get more Price seemed high for a small town, but in fairness every motel in Beatrice is overpriced Bathroom light switch is on the wall on the opposite end of the room, not by the door. I understand they had to do this because of pocket door to bathroom but it is a safety hazard in the middle of the night. Shower water pressure is very low and temperature is quite high, almost got scalded the 1st morning.

it sucked!!

smelled like old cigarettes and mildew. I would have left if I hadn’t paid. we asked for a couple more pillow more pillows and the night clerk was not willing to give them to us without coming to our room and looking in our room first. the desk chair was broken. it was a dank, unappealing place to stay. the front desk lady that worked during the day was really nice and helpful. pool was dirty/ questionable sanitary.

The door on the room wouldn’t even lock. They had instructions to lift up the door so it would latch. Fix it before you rent it out to anyone else.

Need to work on door locks.

Room I booked was not available. Was told the double I was moved to would not be an additional charge. That room the lock was broken and could not enter the room. Moved to a third room and had trouble getting out of my room the next morning. The dead bolt would not retract, took awhile just to get the door open to leave.

Best Value!

Room was a nice size for 2 people. Housekeeping was friendly. The north entrance was well lit and made me feel safe.

It was next to a busy highway so was pretty noisy. The door lock was really, really hard to lock on the inside. The staining job on the doors was really bad. Overbrushed on the white door trim that was not wiped off. There was door stain dripped on the carpet that looked like blood.

Exceptional

Heated pool, amazing staff, great breakfast, nice price, amazing location, they let me check in early, they even had pool toys available for people.

I don't have any complaints. It was a really good stay!

Probably wouldn't stay here again

The breakfast was the general continental type, no yogurt

The phone in our room kept ringing on and off and I finally unpluged it. Heard water running in the bathroom early in the morning, went to check and water was streaming into our tub from the room on the next floor. Reported both of these incidents when I left.

Pleasant

The breakfast was good with waffles and bagels. The suite was roomy and the clerk accommodated us with our requests.

The springs creaked on one bed and the center of the mattress sunk . The other bed was very comfortable. The electrical outlets were loose and it was very difficult to lock the deadbolt on the outside door. The room smelled musty.
