Easy to find and ample parking. Since we travelled with a pet, a first floor room that opens directly to the outdoors was ideal. Very quiet and well lit for nighttime potty walks.
Website states that breakfast is included. I would not call a 'grab and go' that had a bottle of water, cup of diced peaches and a granola bar breakfast.

I liked that the room I got was on the first floor, and I could park right in front of my room door. The gal at the front desk was nice. it was fairly quiet, even with a second floor.
there was no breakfast at all, other than coffee/tea. That was disappointing. The tub was quite slippery, could have used a mat.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
There was no free breakfast. Room had no coffeemaker. There were no vending machines.
