All in all it was a very comfortable stay!

The location was close enough in walking distance to enough retail food, although we didn't need to use it. The bed was roomy and comfortable with just the right amount of "blanketing". The bathroom was roomy and well laid out - glad you had a fan, since there was no bathroom window. Enough counter space for him and her stuff. The parking was close to our room and the fact that we had a first floor room was extra nice, since we're older and not having to carry goods up the stairs made it much safer for us AND convenient. (I'm not sure, if your receptionist keeps the age of the customers in mind, when making room arrangements - if so, KUDOS!)

The lobby could use some remodeling/sprucing up - maybe new furniture and/or a fresh coat of paint. It seemed dank, when I went in. Otherwise, it was clean and neat!

Avoid - Black Mould

They offered a full refund due to black mould.

We viewed the room, because the main building was in poor state of repair. The rooms has black mould on the inside of the curtains and were dirty. We asked for a refund and refused to use the room for health reasons. I emailed to ask for confirmation of a refund, and they did not reply. Swimming pool was so tiny.

The building and condition of the rooms did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again.

Location was convenient to Newport Beach and highway access. Bed was comfortable & the room was spacious. Cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Property is run down & in serious need of a complete remodel. Bathroom sink was cracked and had bugs around the drain. Window was bolted shut and had signs of a previous breakin.

The stay was affordable and met our needs.

The room and bed was comfortable. The location and cost was perfect.

Couldn’t get wifi to work. The check in at location was done from a window outside. This didn’t help people who wanted to ask a quick question. You were locked out of coming inside. No information on wifi or services given at time of check in.

Continental breakfast was real nice ,could use some Danish or pop tarts or fruit chews thanks CARL J.

The communication with the maids was tough but it was enough to get thru ,no worries 😟 the carpets need some steam cleaning ,a bit dirty Sox after the day of just Sox on , good job travellodge #8 being overall my estimating the stay . 👍 CARL J.

they had drunk couple there and they were loud cussing and fighting alll night called the front desk to complain and they did nothing about it.. complain in the morning and they said they are not allowed to call the cops

Druggies and homeless people lurking around banging on our door at all hours of the night . My gas tank was open one night so I left and slept in a hospital parking lot because was afraid for my new car went back when it was morning
