Clean rooms, hot tub
The complimentary breakfast need improvement. The eggs were seasoned oddly and the sausage gravy was cold. Other people with me did enjoy the waffles.

This is seriously my first time leaving a negative review, but my experience with this hotel has been absolutely outrageous.
I accidentally left my ring at the hotel. First of all, I still don’t understand why a housekeeper would take a guest’s lost property home instead of turning it in to the hotel’s lost-and-found department. However, at the time, all I wanted was to get my ring back, so I chose to overlook that and remained polite and understanding.
Over the following month, I called the hotel at least 7–8 times trying to find out when my ring would be returned. Despite the repeated delays and the stress this situation caused me, I remained calm and respectful throughout our conversations.
But what happened next was completely unacceptable.
When I called again to ask about my ring, the manager actually started YELLING at me over the phone and said, “We stole it! Is that what you want to hear???”
I was absolutely shocked. I had never accused anyone of stealing my ring. I was simply asking for an update about my personal belongings. I have never experienced such rude, aggressive, and humiliating treatment from someone working in the hospitality industry, let alone a hotel manager.
And to make matters worse, it has now been two months since I filed a complaint about the manager’s behavior, and the hotel has still failed to provide any explanation or resolution.
Losing a valuable personal item was already stressful enough. Having to repeatedly chase the hotel for answers, only to be yelled at and treated with such disrespect, made the entire experience even worse.
I genuinely cannot understand how a hotel can consider this level of customer service acceptable. Guests deserve to have their belongings handled responsibly and to be treated with basic respect.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly caution others about how this hotel handles lost property and customer complaints.
