Clean room but breakfast needs help

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The carpet looked new. I liked having a frig, microwave, and coffee maker.

Too much light coming into the room from the window. Being told there was no decaf coffee my first stay and then there being a pack my 2nd stay made me think the clerk just didn't want to get me some. The breakfast area was filthy and not stocked even though it didn't look like the desk clerk was busy at all. Several guests had to ask for waffle batter to be refilled and then wait 15 minutes while he did other things like refill utensils that guests also had to ask him to do. There was food all over the counters and milk spilled on the floor, trashcan completely full, all of which he just ignored. When I asked where I could put my trash because the trashcan was full he just pointed me outside to a trashcan, but that one was full also. When I just left it on the counter he finally emptied the inside trashcan leaving a wet trail across the reception area. This clerk is either just too lazy to do his job or maybe just needs proper training.

The parking lot and building were well lit. The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was not well stocked. A protein choice (eggs, sausage, etc) would be great. A second waffle iron would be great.

Nite and day reception extremely polite and welcoming. Jason an Pushpa! Very good breakfast for money. Rooms comfortable.

I like the clean room and comfortable beds.

I not eerily person for breast fest. I get uber ride to talk to Walmart or Kroger's stores are anywhere in Jackson Tn area. The super8 motel is very close to stuff.

Very good

The front desk guy was nice and helpful.

They just had coffee, cereal, juice, milk. They didn't have oatmeal or grits and the other items that other Wyndhams and hotels have.

the stairs on our side of the hotel were not safe to use so coming & going from our room was quite inconvenient and included a trek through a messy construction area

Good value for the money

Refrigerator, microwave in room as promised and all worked. A/C worked well on a hot day. Parking was available right at the door. The location was convenient to the interstate and a number of food options were close by.. Room was spacious and beds/pillows were in good condition.

Breakfast was minimal and very little was left by the time I got to breakfast (about 7:45). The refrigerator worked well, but was noisy.

The location was right directly across from another hotel. The people from the other hotel were rude!!! They were partying on the parking lot below our room and on the balcony across from our room!! I paid $105 for one night when I was only there from 1 am until 11 pm. In which, I couldn't get to sleep until 2 am!!

LOUD, PARTYING GUESS IN THE ADJACENT HOTEL!!

Room was clean , fridge and microwave and coffee pot worked .. staff was nice .. plenty of pillows . location was great . Ac worked well

Bed was very hard , desk chair was wobbly , almost fell out of it .. Dead bolt didn't lock.. they did say they were changing all the locks at that time but they didn't make it to our room when we were there

Adequate

Room was clean. Shower was good. Good water pressure. Carpet and furniture was old and looked dirty. Coffee was good and hot. The rest of breakfast was minimal.

We didn’t sit in chair as it was old and stained. Bedspread had holes in it and looked dirty.
