The location...Irving.

The bland customer service at check in...long wait with reservation... unexpected cash deposit asked for at checking. Roaches. Roaches crawling on the walls...in the microwave and even on the bed. Stayed in a 2 star hotel on Booking and it had no roaches. Very disappointed. Won't be staying at the Oyo again unless in another location. The staff is so dry...if it's something the concierge does daily there should be some sort of pleasant banter while checking in. There's none. No apologies for the unexpected guests(roaches) when mentioned to front desk.

- Receptionist is rude, doesn’t greet guests - entire hotel smells like smoke - they reuse toilet paper from the prior room guests -pool stinks - no complimentary toiletries - bed comforters had hair - not enough toilet paper - hotel hallways look old and dirty -broken elevator

There was no breakfast avaliable. Location was good. I wish the pool could have been bigger.

Wish the pool could have been bigger. There were not enough bath towels for all 4 of use to use. I didn't ask for more towels, we were in and out every day of our stay. The elevator was out of order! The ice machine and washer dryer were also out of order. The only ice machine was on the main floor, which wasnt very conveint to us. Also the room and halls smelled of smoke! I had booked a non-smoking room.

I guess the location in proximity to DFW, but that's the only thing we liked.

Horrible smell of cigarettes and sickeningly sweet air freshener in the hallways. In our room, the floors were sticky, the same smell in the hallways was in the room, the towels were clean but stiff. We felt like we needed a tetanus shot after we checked out.

Facility was close to a lot of entertainment stuff movies mall etc restaurants

Charging me an early check in at 140pm check in at 3pm the room was available why get charged I was told I could check in but another Staff said it's a charge of 25.00 dollars also killed 3 roaches crawling in the room of the stay would not recommend too much traffic of people as well

The people staying there were very strange and the hotel itself inside, very rundown. Elevator felt like it was going to fall

Good location the cleaning ladies are nice some of them one lady in the front is not nice a little skinny one front desk she's rude if you need something they never have it

The price I get on booking.com and location And the pictures I took are inside and outside cuz outside there's nothing to take there is but it's not worth showing anyways but it's got roaches have to buy roach spray every night . I'm just going to leave it at that I can say a lot more.

I'm a black female and they wanted a 100 cash deposit, but I was in the lobby the next day that ask the guy in front of me for a 50 cash deposit, he looked like he could have been Indian Iranian Mexican I'm not sure but I do know he only paid a $50 cash deposit and I feel like that's very discriminatory that you're charging black people $100 and people that are not black $50.
