The property was very clean.
The AC unit had a musty scent, rooms should be updated, amenities should be upgraded.

I was on a 2 day travel home. Was leaving early next morning.
The person that ckd me in was nice, but you could tell she didn't want to be there.
The morning person that ckd me out was very nice & apologized.
The refrigerator didn't work.
The controller to the TV didn't work.
When you did get it on, there weren't any channels.
