Pool area was great. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. On site restaurant and bar offered a decent free breakfast and very good selection of tasty dinner food. Bar drinks were good. Rooms and property were clean in all areas I observed.
Room needed updating, carpet showing some decent wear. Our dresser that had TV and fridge in it had a fairly good amount of water damage around fridge. Some ceiling staining in bathroom above shower. Still a decent stay as room was very clean.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable
The person at the desk wasn't nice. I had booked my room online and I chose the downstairs stairs level because I have a bad foot and they put us up on the upper level and when I told her I wanted to be on the lower level she replied well I have nothing downstairs when there clearly there was.
