Great location, wonderful hotel and the free coffee at the barista downstairs was the cherry on top!

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff.
Decorating of lobby, no coffee machines in room, late turndown service, not fast luggage on arrival. No anniversary extras.

Location and valet service
Overpriced for so called 5 star. Did not feel fresh, lack of amenities. Needed to call for a bar of soap and wash cloths. Slow service.
