Terrible! Again!

2nd time coming here saud i wouldn't return but decided to gove it one more try and ended up in a room that hadn't been clean at all pee was still in the toilet from the last person as well. She did move us but still!! She also double charged for the room after i told her the key pad said the transaction was approved. I will indefinitely not return to this location by far the worst I've ever visited

There was no breakfast or substitute for the Breakfast. The location was great by everything

Dusty room price for the dusty room no breakfast rude staff member. Just wasn't a great experience

Comfortable bed Disappointing Breakfast

Quiet room. Clean! Cozy bed

Music in hallways was really loud. Breakfast was NOT what we typically have had a Comfort Suites. It honestly seemed like the owner was attempting to be cheap with options. Barely any yogurt, only a few slices of bread. No Bagels No English muffins No Cream Cheese Only apples and bananas for fruit. No waffles that we could see Very limited options for those with allergies Honestly, I was disappointed as my son had an early baseball game, and the options were very limited for a Comfort Suites. Usually, there is bacon, a variety of fruit, a variety of breads and spreads, it was just felt like the owner was cutting corners on something that should be standard for Comfort Suites.

The bed was ok comfortable The waffles at breakfast were good. The location to a variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The rude staff and lack.of hospitality. The cleanliness and the WAY they cleaned. The smell and the loud music 24/7 in the hallways and lobby. No coffee DURING breakfast hours, and lack of English speaking staff when asking for more...Anything. Barely.working toilet and mold in tank...wet carpet in room and just overall musty room.

tardó muchísimo el check in solo hay una persona, por la tarde no hay personal de limpieza disponible, las vistas de la habitación horribles y ruido toda la noche de los pisos de arriba que se escuchan en el de abajo

Good for the value

My daughter loved that the room was right by the pool, and the hotel was right by the waterpark. We were kinda nervous when we were talking to people that were staying there long term about the people breaking in to vehicles. We had someone watching over us which was great.

Smelly hotel with very poor housekeeping services. It is not a place to stay even with its location.

The location was good

The room was old with mildewy odor. During our stay, no housekeeping services were provided, no trash removal, just adding to the poor smell of the room. No fresh towels were provided, and when we returned to the hotel after a day of visiting, I was given a ridiculous excuse by the front desk of why our room was not serviced. I was given towels at this point. The breakfast was greasy sausage with processed egg patties, make your own waffles, absent fresh fruit. Coffee only available during breakfast hours.

The breakfast was good. i learned how to make hot cakes.

The eggs. i don't like powered eggs. Had them in Viet Nam.

The staff was excellent, and the price, and that's about all I liked.

The breakfast was a complete joke, the water pressure was virtually non-existent, hall-wall smelled of weed the day we checked in.

Half of the time my key card didn't work to get in and out of the building or my room around my toilet seat was dirty in room 111 the laundry room washers didn't work at $2 a walk and like I said your night auditors attitudes are horrible
