Hope was the evening clerk, and she is a delight! Super helpful in accommodating our needs for the night. The room was far more spacious than I was expecting, and rooms with Keurigs are a great bonus for us. The breakfast was hot and included country gravy, a huge plus for my Midwestern husband. The room was very clean, a huge plus for me.
I would have liked a nightstand on each side of the bed, but we just moved a table over, and it worked. Otherwise, everything else was great, and we will stay there again when the opportunity arises.

The staff was less than cordial. Bored, uninterested and sullen.
We were first given a room the was hot, stuffy, and smelled like carpet deoderizer. We were going to leave but we're offered a better room across the hall that didn't stink, had better a/c and a slider to the outside for fresh air.
