About this apartment rental
The apartment is spacious and functional, located in the elegant Palazzo Strozzi Bevilacqua, the “500,” designed by Biagio Rossetti, in the heart of the Renaissance city, just one block from the Diamond Palace, home to the Art Gallery and the most important art exhibitions. In 15 minutes, you can reach the cathedral and the Estense Castle, the gardens, and the walls surrounding the city—where a few farmsteads still stand—in the heart of the medieval city. From the large windows, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Piazza Ariostea and Palazzo Massari with its beautiful park. Finally, taking advantage of the city’s strategic location and with careful driving, in just over an hour you can reach Venice, Ravenna, Mantua, and Bologna in just half an hour. The apartment is laid out over two levels as follows: entryway, living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor; first floor: loft sleeping area (sleeps three), a bathroom, and a closet. It features all the amenities: two bathrooms, air conditioning, a washing machine, a microwave, and dishes. N.B. The listed rent DOES NOT INCLUDE the cost of electricity and gas, which will be billed according to actual consumption as described "described below; please contact the owner for detailed information." The photos and descriptions of the charming apartment are very accurate. The floor to ceiling windows lookout over a beautiful park and the apartment is very spacious.
It’s a good location for walking the city to historical sites and restaurants and shopping.
The host ombretta is a charming woman who has lived there all her life and made us feel very welcome. She made the whole visit special.

We really enjoyed our stay in this large and well furnished apartment. It is in a lovely location and was very comfortable. The hostess was very nice. We would stay here again.
