One of Best Hotel Experiences

I cannot recommend this more. It was a great price point and the kitchen let me save on coffee...meals...etc. Super comfortable bed and pillows. I could stay there for months at a time. Location was okay. The savings made up for transport costs.

Hmmm. It may be an idea to give your guests an info sheet on where they can walk/drive for something to eat. Wholefoods really worked for me.

Location was good. Very clean.

Bed was very uncomfortable & pillows were air. Room was small. Left a day early cuz of miserable bed & sleeping. No breakfast.

Clean, pet-friendly room with kitchenette minutes from Charleston

Clean. Pet friendly. Decently equipped kitchenette. Comfortable bed.

Priced a bit high for what we got. Considering that there were kitchen facilities, it would have been nice/expected to have a small table and chairs for dining in the room.

Very good

The room was better than we could have imagined. The free coffee was great.

There was no pool or continental breakfast. Parking was a problem if the lot was full you had to park next door.

A very nice stay, we will be back.

Kitchen area in room. Bar height seating.

The desk chair was uncharacteristically torn and shoddy compared with the rest of the room. Having to park across the street due to not enough on site parking was disappointing. We stayed for a number of days but there was only one day's worth of coffee without having to ask for more in the lobby.

we stayed at the Clarion for a weekend getaway and we enjoyed the accommodations

the restaurant was nice and we loved that we were able to bring our new puppy along

Superb

I liked that all kitchen items were in the room and I didn't have to go asking for items. Very clean room.

There was not enough onsite parking. Crossing the street with items is tiring for older adults. Maybe think about senior parking along with handicap parking!

Great location! Great layout!

We liked the location and layout of the suite.

Bathtub wasn’t as clean as I would like. Kinda pricey but it was a holiday weekend and graduation from College of Charleston, so that probably explains why.

Bad staying in a ‘maybe’ good facility

The king suite is good for ‘one’ person, but not for a couple. The visual (pictorial) description at the Booking.com is incomplete and misleading. The approach of the staff to the problem is not professional, nor customer oriented.

clean, comfortable, great shower, BBQ for guests to use, excellent kitchen facilities for self catering, lovely staff, just a short drive to lots of attractions, excellent communication from staff prior to arrival

Not a suite

Nice bed and sheets. It was nice to have a full fridge. It was quiet.

Priced too high. It is not a suite but a room with a full fridge, sink and microwave. There is no table to eat on. No chair to sit in. I have had larger rooms in other cheaper hotels. There are many other hotels in the area. Limited parking too.

Overall very nice stay.

Nice space (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Family room & kitchen). Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Could buy food in lobby.

The direction of the air conditioning was difficult to control. When it was on, it blew directly on beds in both bedrooms. Sofa could use updating. It looks a bit shabby & squeeked a lot when we sat on it.

I would stay there again, but would ask them to check the television in a room before I took it.

The decor and the little kitchen were wonderful.

The TV wouldn't bring in any stations. My husband called technical support, and they couldn't fix it. We did not tell the front desk about it because the woman working there that evening was not friendly.

Stay was good

The front desk girl told me I would get my 100dollars back after checking out. Which was a lie .I call back and someone told me 10 to 12 days to get put back on card. It didn't take that long for them to take it off my card

The bathroom was clean, very nice room worth everything I paid for, upgraded to a two bedroom and it was better just one tub was a little dirty.
