Mold and water damage

Plus side, the worker understood and gave me a full refund no problem. That building should be torn down

I was on the 2nd of 3 floors and there was visible water damage and mold. So bad Water running down the walls, carpets were damp, mold was so bad I started having a hard time to breathe.

The good was good, the disappointing was disappointing.

The price was good. It was clean.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Biscuits & gravy, wafles, cereal, OJ. No egg or sausage or fruit. Nothing to drink from in the room; you have to get a Styrofoam cup from the free coffee area. If I was staying in the area again for more than one night, I would pay more and stay at the Hampton.

I don't recommend this hotel.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled of urine. The window was so bad you could barely see our of it. Some of the carpet was torn up. The free breakfast was pitiful. You weren't allowed to eat it in your room but you weren't allowed to leave your pet alone. I did not feel safe at the hotel.

The room was dirty, run down, the doors didn't lock and it was very unsafe. The staff was rude and did not make you feel welcome. They rent rooms out like a motel. Whole building smelled ike weed. I had to switch to another hotel because I did not feel safe. Just awful.

Rooms were not safe for kids or families. The owner could careless about your experience. Did nothing to compensate our stay. Between the ants, lack of bath tub stops and burnt sheets. Not even talking about my 12 year old son getting shocked by the microwave that didn't work.

The room gave us a place to stay. With little upgrades the stay could have been quite a bit better.

The location was excellent. the mini fridge cooled exceptionally. No bed bugs.

whole place was very outdated. the hair dryer big the microwave worked. The bathroom lower wall portion painted for a patch up job. hallway walls looked like they may have been falling apart. No room service at all in the 3 night 4 day stay there.

It was clean and convenient location

It was out dated, and definitely needs some upgrades. Beds could be a little more comfy. In one of our rooms, the heat wasn't working, but there was a space heater in the room when we got there that kept the room warm. Not ideal, but sufficient.

Disappointing

I didn’t like when I called to let them know I was going to be late arriving the front desk person could not find my reservation was short with me on the phone, I asked for connecting rooms as I had a family with children and needed this in stead we got rooms down the hall from each other, I reserved this in advance to make sure this could happen and I even made a special request. No coffe maker, laundry bags in room. For the price I paid I was very disappointed.

Mediocre but, I guess you get what you pay for lol.

The staff was ok however, the breakfast was terrible. The food wasn’t freshly made and they used the same items from days before to provide to those staying at this location

The sheets in the room were overly dirty. One of them actually had, what appeared to be a burnt hole on one of the comforters placed on the bed.

Wish the place was as nice as the front staff. Very dirty.

The people at the front were nice. The bed was comfortable.

Where do I start. All the floors were sticky (including carpet). Mildew and likely mold on the walls. Dirty, I don’t think the electric sockets are up to code. No bolt lock on my door. Cleaning staff start very early and they talk very loudly. Woke me up.

it’s convenient to the highway. it’s quiet and clean.

wish they had a protein instead of sausage gravy and biscuits. I love thier gravy but would like a choice.

Location was good.

The room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns all over. Stained carpet bad over all smell. Hot tub was covered and not working pool was very dirty and uncomfortably warm.
