The staff is lovely and so respectful. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The place is spotless clean and soooo quite.
I gave a 9 stars simply because the room was right next to the exit door and we couldn't sleep not even 5 minutes due to the door being so loud and slamming. Even when it didn't slam, the door was so loud when people pushed to open because is like metal..And it kept hitting the wall very loud. It was horrible. They need to change them doors or find a way to separate those doors with something else. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel 😊
